Last night I began my first step of running plan. I circled the playground in our campus 4+1 times and felt very well, the time I spent just only 30 minutes, which is the basically time that should be costed on running. I am clearly that my plan is a 30 days long plan, which can't be accomplished at one time. Maybe one time I can't achieve a high score, but the times I have tried matters. What I needed is to do this plan as many times as I can. I like trying some different things in my life. For example, the skill of English writing is so poor, I have tried many ways to change this situation. The first step of trying is much important than the last step of finishing. Many habits what I haven't are those I didn't have the willing to try, now I want to make a change. I even opened the link of Breaking Bad TV on SOHU VIDEO that I have decided to stop it last night.
